Red Anodized
Anodizing, the electrochemical oxidation of metals or alloys. Aluminum and its alloys form an oxide film on aluminum products (anode) under the action of external current under the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions. Unless otherwise stated, anodizing generally refers to sulfuric acid anodizing.
In order to overcome defects such as surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum alloys, expand the scope of application, and extend service life, surface treatment technology has become an indispensable part of the use of aluminum alloys. Anodizing technology is currently the most widely used and successful application of aluminum alloys.
In addition, Ruiyi's oxidation process is also applied to metal materials such as magnesium and zinc to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other properties of metal parts.
