1.Negotiate quotation
Communicate basic needs, estimate the project duration, propose a quotation, and sign a confidentiality agreement and contract by phone or face-to-face.
2.Product seminar
Salesmen and engineers first discuss internally whether there are special circumstances and whether there are technical difficulties, and then propose specific plans.
3.Mold design
The engineering department is equipped with advanced computer-aided systems, using 3D software to design plastic molds, advanced CAD/CAM/CAE integrated working modes, and professional mold flow analysis to provide customers with accurate design solutions.
4.Plan confirmation
Check whether the drawings have been shrunk or shrunk, whether they are correct, whether there are any errors or omissions in size, whether the structure is reasonable, whether the drawings are complete and complete, and communicate with the customer again to confirm.
5.Material preparation and schedule
We have a stable supplier channel, and we have long-term reserves of conventional materials. The warehouse administrator prepares the required mold bases, mold cores, copper parts, hardware, etc.
6.Trial mold
Put the assembled mold on the injection molding machine to test the mold, load the machine, adjust the machine, and pressurize the injection molded product to see if it meets the customer's requirements until the customer confirms.
7.Sample testing
The customer will check whether all processed motherboards, mold cores, hardware accessories, etc. are qualified and accurate, and sign to confirm that they are correct.
8.Accessories processing
The purchased materials are subdivided and processed; milling machine processing: first calibrate the milling machine head to ensure that it is within 0.02mm, calibrate and press the workpiece, first process the screw hole, thimble hole, threading hole, and countersunk the needle for roughening. The machine nozzle or material nozzle hole, the diverter cone hole is chamfered and then the water carrying hole is made, and the R angle is milled.

10.Mass production sign board

Install the mold core on the EDM machine or CNC machine, adjust the position and fix the mold core material for processing.
