Die Casting Zinc Alloy Part
Preparation before putting zinc alloy die-casting parts on the mold:
1. According to the production plan, check the maintenance status of the die-casting mold 1-2 days in advance (re-check key maintenance items) to ensure that the mold and its accessories are complete and that the mold is free of aluminum shavings, grease, dust and other debris to ensure product quality and smooth production.
2. Check whether the die-casting mold sprue sleeve matches the pressure cylinder and punch on the die-casting machine to be installed (when the process stipulates the use of special specifications of the pressure cylinder, special attention must be paid not to make mistakes). If the pressure cylinder and punch do not match, preparation should be made in advance.
3. Clean the moving and fixed mold mounting surfaces, especially the mating surface between the sprue sleeve and the pressure cylinder, to ensure that the mounting surface is clean and free of foreign matter and that the flatness meets the requirements.
4. Prepare the pressure plate, pressure plate screws and tie rods (or ejector rods) used with the mold, check whether there are cracks, bends and other defects, whether the tie rods (or ejector rods) are consistent in size, and prepare the mold installation tools and oil drums.
